MBC at Christmas 2025

Friday 19 December: Reflective service 7.30pm at MBC. This is an opportunity for us to take time out amid the busy-ness of the Christmas season and offers a way to celebrate Christmas quietly for those who find this time of year difficult.
Sunday 21 December: Candlelight Carols 5.00pm. The service will feature carols old and new and will end with mince pies and mulled wine. Again, please note there will be NO morning service at MBC.
Wednesday 24 December: Firepit carols 5.00pm. Meet at the back of the church for open-air carols around the firepit (weather permitting!), hot chocolate and marshmallows.
Christmas Day: We meet for a short all-age service at 10.00am to celebrate Jesus’ birthday. Please note that this service will not be live streamed, and there will be no refreshments served at the end.
MBC's Christmas appeal 2025
The MBC Christmas Appeal 2025 is for the
Anthony Nolan Trust which has done so much great work this year for John Miklausic, one of our church members. This is a chance to give thanks for that work. The other charity is
Emmanuel College in Lilongwe, Malawi, which is home to Ian and Judith Morris. They are fundraising for basic facilities for the College including musical instruments, sewing machines, improvements to classrooms, electricity generators, water tanks and Bibles. Please follow the QR code and give generously.

Alternatively, please click on the button below to make a secure donation to MBC's Christmas Appeal. We will automatically add Gift Aid if you are known to us. Thank you! The Appeal will close on 4 January 2026.
