Kids

We believe in creating a place where children belong; where they are loved and appreciated, safe and comfortable; where they know they are important members of the church family and God’s kingdom. We are passionate about equipping, encouraging and supporting children and families for a life of faith and adventure.
 
Sunday Children and Youth Activities
Our groups are safe space for young people and children to grow personally in their faith and learn more about Jesus. It’s also where we can build friendships and create community in order to encourage one another in our daily lives and journey with God. We are passionate about young people feeling part of a family and knowing they are loved and valued. 
 
Pre-school
We offer creche for children 2 and under.   A video link to the service is available in the creche room alongside loads of toys and comfortable sofas.
 
3-11
Primary-school age kids meet upstairs in church. There’s loads of room to run around, a fantastic team of leaders and lots of activities to choose from as we learn about God (Move, Build, Create, Listen).
 
Youth
We plan this group for secondary school years but some year 6s choose to come along as do others in the Sixth Form. We play games and have loads of fun but our main focus is discipleship and praying for each other.
 
We also run Discipleship groups for young people in school years 6-9 and 9+ as well as trips, socials and weekends away. To find out more about anything to do with our Youth or Children’s work, please drop us an email.
 
All of our Youth and Children’s teams are DBS checked and trained in Safeguarding, in line with the Baptist Union of Great Britain’s policies.
